Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 October 2026

The MindFull Parent is a trading name of DreaMe, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. In this policy, “The MindFull Parent”, “I”, “me” and “we” refer to DreaMe.

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, how it is used and protected, and the choices you have. It covers this website and enquiries made through it. It does not cover coaching or other services, which are governed by a separate agreement.

The MindFull Parent handles personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Information we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email: your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your organisation, preferred timeframe and the services you’re interested in.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

2. Sensitive information

Please don’t send health information, trauma history or detailed personal history through the contact form or by email, and please limit what you share about your children to what’s needed to understand your enquiry. If we go on to work together, there will be an appropriate place for those conversations.

If sensitive information is sent anyway, it is used only to reply to you and is deleted with the rest of your enquiry.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry
  • If we agree to work together, to arrange that work
  • To protect the website and our records against unauthorised access, fraud or misuse

Your details are not added to any mailing list, and are never sold. You will only receive the newsletter if you subscribe to it yourself on Substack.

4. Sharing and overseas storage

Your information is not shared with anyone else except the service providers that run this website and email:

  • Netlify, which hosts this website and stores contact form submissions
  • Zoho, which provides our email

These providers may store data on servers outside Singapore. We use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

5. How long we keep it

If an enquiry doesn’t lead to working together, it is deleted within 12 months. If it does, it is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent to us using it, or ask us to delete your enquiry. Email the Data Protection Officer below. We aim to respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. External links

This website links to other sites, including Substack, Instagram, LinkedIn and DreaMe. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and encourage you to read their privacy policies.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
