Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 October 2026

The MindFull Parent is a trading name of DreaMe, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. In these terms, “The MindFull Parent”, “I”, “me” and “we” refer to DreaMe.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using this website (“the Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the Website.

1. Using the Website

a. Eligibility: By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

b. Licence: We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use it for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Not therapy or professional advice

The content on the Website, and in The MindFull Parent’s writing on Substack, is general information. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

Sending an enquiry does not create a coaching or other professional relationship. Any coaching or other services are governed by a separate written agreement.

If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, call 995 for emergencies, or contact Samaritans of Singapore: call 1767 or WhatsApp 9151 1767 (both 24 hours).

3. Intellectual property

a. Ownership: The Website and its original content, features and design are owned by DreaMe and protected by intellectual property laws.

b. Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify or republish content from the Website without our prior written permission. You are welcome to share links to it.

4. Contact form submissions

Information you send through the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. It is not used for marketing.

5. Third-party websites

The Website links to websites and services we don’t own or control, including Substack, Instagram, LinkedIn and DreaMe. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, or for any loss caused by your use of them.

6. Disclaimer

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about its operation, accuracy, reliability or availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DreaMe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

8. Indemnity

If you breach these Terms or misuse the Website, you agree to cover any reasonable costs, losses or claims we incur as a result.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

If you have a concern about the Website or these Terms, please contact us first at the contact form so we can try to resolve it in good faith. If it can’t be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified as needed to give effect to its intention, or removed, and the rest of these Terms will continue to apply.

If we don’t enforce any of these Terms straight away, we can still enforce them later.

A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
