These conversations don’t belong only to parents.

I speak and facilitate on reparenting, emotional awareness, generational patterns and the ways they shape how we parent, relate, work and lead.

My audiences range from parents and schools to workplaces, leadership teams, family businesses and community groups.

Most of us carry more from our families than we realise.

It shows up in how we respond to criticism, handle conflict, take on responsibility, set boundaries and relate to authority. Parenting is one place it appears. So are the office, the boardroom and the family dinner table.

My talks make those patterns visible in a way people recognise in themselves, without blame and without turning a session into therapy. I draw on my own experience as well as my coaching work, so audiences often leave with language for something they’ve felt for years, and a clearer sense of what they might do differently.

Topics

Reparenting & Emotional Awareness

How earlier experiences shape the way we react, relate and look after ourselves as adults, and how we can become curious about those reactions instead of being run by them.

Suited to: General audiences, wellbeing programmes and community groups

Parenting & Generational Patterns

What we bring into parenting from our own childhoods, why our children can touch such old nerves, and how to break cycles without blaming our parents or ourselves.

Suited to: Schools, parent communities and organisations supporting working parents

Work & Generations

How patterns around authority, approval, conflict and belonging follow us into the workplace, and what happens when family and business systems meet in succession.

Suited to: Workplaces, leadership teams, HR and family businesses
